Purpose of the information

Information is requested to clarify your purchasing brief, organize supplier questions and communicate about the proposed sourcing task. Keep the submitted information relevant to business procurement. Do not include payment credentials, personal identification documents, sensitive health information or unrelated details about individual wearers in a size roster.

Supplier questions and further disclosure

A sourcing task can require specification and quantity questions to be discussed with potential suppliers. Confidential artwork, buyer identities and additional file-sharing arrangements should be addressed explicitly during the conversation. This website does not promise a particular supplier match or disclose that an inquiry has been accepted by a factory merely because a form was submitted.

Browser storage

The sourcing-support notice stores its first display timestamp in local browser storage to enforce a maximum seven-day presentation window. Session storage remembers dismissal of the notice during the current browser session. Closing, refreshing or beginning a new session does not restart the first display timestamp. These settings are presentation controls and do not represent a purchasing account.

Accuracy and correction

Check your work email and requirement before sending. If your garment, size run, budget or destination changes, identify the revised request clearly when communicating through the contact page. Use the same path to ask about submitted information, corrections or removal; this policy does not assert an unconfigured self-service account or automated deletion tool.
